Sloppy Joes

2 pounds ground round

1 bottle (16 ounces) catsup

1 large green pepper, chopped

1 large onion, chopped

3/4 cup meat stock or beef bouillon

1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

In a skillet brown the ground beef and drain well. Add catsup, green pepper and onion and stir.

In a small bowl mix bouillon, sugar, vinegar, mustard and allspice. Add to meat mixture. Simmer 20 minutes stirring frequently.

Serves 12.
