Baked Ham and Apples

4-5 lbs. pre-cooked club ham
1 lb. can apple slices
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
Few drops red food color

Place in medium baking dish.

Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Mix other ingredients and pour over ham. Bake 30 minutes.

Baste with apples and pan juices two or three times during baking.
