Bubble Pizza
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can pizza sauce
2 tubes (12 oz. each) refrigerated buttermilk
biscuits
1 1/2 C. (6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 t. salt
In a skillet, brown the beef and drain. Stir in
the pizza sauce. Quarter the biscuits; place in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Top with the beef mixture.
Bake uncovered at 400° F. for 20 - 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 5 - 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let
stand for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
