Randy raises Red Angus Cattle and this is his Breeding Philosophy: Cattle must
be bred to work in all segments of the beef industry, from conception to
consumption. The calves must be born with vigor and grow well on the dam. They
must stay healthy and work well in the feed lot. Most importantly, the consumer
must be pleased with their eating experience. All traits must be balanced to the
best compromise for all. Constant testing and selection is the only way to
achieve this balance in the end product. |

Quick Skillet 57
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 T. shortening
2 C. hot water
1/4 C. Heinz 57
2 t. salt
1 T. sugar
dash pepper
1 1/2 - 2 C. macaroni
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain, add the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 15 - 20 minutes. Stir
occasionally.
