Workin' Women's Roast
this is a crock pot recipe
1 Beef Roast...can be rump, peak,
arm, top-butt or chuck roast
Reynold's Hot Bags...large size
salt and pepper
garlic salt
onion salt
paprika
olive oil
Wash roast under running water.
Pat dry with a paper towel. Rub the roast with a small amount of olive oil and
sprinkle spices on both sides of the roast. Rub the oil and spices into roast
with your hand. Place roast in Hot Bag and seal it. Place Hot bag with roast in
it into the crock pot set on high.
A roast started in the morning is
ready for dinner in the evening. Prep time is about 5 minutes and cleanup is a
snap.
