Benihana's Salad Dressing
1/2 C. soybean or sesame oil
1/4 C. white vinegar
3 T. tomato paste
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. ground ginger
1/2 C. sliced celery
1/4 C. chopped onion
Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Cover and
refrigerate until serving.
Makes about 1 3/4 cups. |

Applebee's Oriental Salad Dressing
3 T. honey
4 t. mayonnaise
1/2 t. dark-roasted sesame oil
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 T. white vinegar
In a small bowl, mix honey, mayonnaise, sesame oil, Dijon mustard and white
vinegar. Chill.
Serves 2.
