Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. mayonnaise
2 scallions, minced
2 to 3 T. lemon juice
1/2 C. blue cheese, crumbled
freshly cracked black pepper
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions and lemon juice in a bowl and mix
well. Stir in cheese, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4
hours before serving.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups. |

Honey-Mustard Dressing
1/4 C. vinegar
1 C. mayonnaise
1 t. prepared mustard
1 T. sugar
1/4 C. finely chopped onion
1/2 C. honey
1 t. minced parsley
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 C. vegetable oil
Combine all ingredients in blender, except oil, processing until smooth. While
blender is running, slowly add oil until well blended.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes 2 cups.
