Broccoli Salad

2 bunches broccoli
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 purple onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Chop portions of broccoli into bite-size pieces.

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Crumble bacon and mix with broccoli, onion and cheese.

Mix dressing ingredients together and add dressing just before serving.
