Easy Caramel Apple Salad
8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
3 C. diced apples
1 C. dry roasted peanuts
1 C. mini-marshmallows
Mix whipped topping, butterscotch pudding and pineapple in a bowl. Add peanuts,
marshmallows and apples. Stir to mix well. Store in refrigerator until ready to
serve.
Makes about 8 servings.
