Slaw Dressing
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese, or more to taste
1 (15 oz.) jar Marzetti's Cole Slaw Dressing
To make the dressing: Stir the blue cheese into the bottled dressing.

1 head cabbage, chopped
1/2 small red onion, minced, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
To make the slaw: In a large serving bowl combine the cabbage and onion. Toss
with the dressing and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and
serve immediately.
Makes 10 servings.
