Fall Fruit Salad

2 cups raw cranberries, ground
3 cups miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups unpeeled apple, diced
1/2 cup seedless green or white grapes
1/2 cup broken walnuts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Combine cranberries, marshmallows and sugar.

Cover and chill over night.

Add apples, grapes, walnuts and salt.

Fold in whipped cream. Chill.

Spoon onto individual lettuce leaves.

Garnish with grapes.
