Lemon-Oregano Dressing
3 T. each: lemon juice, white wine vinegar and olive oil
1 T. chopped fresh oregano leaves
1 t. honey
1/2 t. each: grated lemon peel and salt
1/4 t. freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Makes about cup. |

Green Goddess Dressing
1/4 C. plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 C. sour cream
3 T. fresh tarragon
2 T. snipped fresh chives
2 t. lime juice
1 clove garlic
In blender container or food processor bowl, combine yogurt, 1/4 cup sour cream
and finely chopped tarragon. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Transfer
to small bowl.
Stir in remaining 1/4 cup sour cream, chives, lime juice and minced garlic.
Store any remaining sauce, covered, in refrigerator up to 3 days.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
