Pizza Salad

1 lb. spiral macaroni, cooked and drained

1 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed

1 bunch green onion, sliced

3 oz. sliced pepperoni

3/4 c. vegetable oil

2/3 c. grated parmesan

1/2 c. red wine vinegar

2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Garlic croutons 

In a large bowl, combine macaroni, cheddar cheese, green onion and pepperoni.

In a smaller bowl, combine oil, vinegar, parmesan and seasonings; pour over macaroni mixture. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.

Top with croutons just before serving.
