Shellroni Pasta Salad
1 pound shell pasta
1 teaspoon salt
6 hard boiled eggs
1 stalk celery, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 tablespoon minced onion
black olives, sliced
mayonnaise
Cook pasta according to package directions; add salt to water. Cool completely
under cold running water. Chop eggs; mix with celery, carrot, onion and olives.
Add to pasta. Mix with enough mayonnaise to make it moist. Chill overnight to
blend flavors. Stir in a little more mayonnaise just before serving.
