Crockpot Cooking Safety
Make sure the pot is on a
flat, level surface. Place it where it can't be accidentally moved, touched or
tipped over by guests or children. Place the cord where it can't get entangled
or touch the hot surface of the pot. |

Crock Pot Crocked Kielbasa
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Kielbasa sausage, sliced
28 ounce can whole tomatoes, undrained
9 ounces pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
6 oz. can pitted black olives (whole, drained)
1/2 C. red wine
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced in rings
1 green pepper, chopped
1 t. basil crushed
1 t. oregano crushed
1/2 t. thyme crushed
1/4 t. pepper
1 lb. pasta of your choice
4 oz. parmesan cheese
In a medium skillet, saute ground beef. When browned, transfer to crockpot. Add
all other ingredients except pasta & Parmesan. Simmer on low for 6-8 hours. Cook
pasta according to directions. Ladle Kielbasa over pasta in large bowls. Pass
the Parmesan cheese to garnish.
