Crockpot Meatballs
1-1/2 lb ground beef
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Mix ground beef, evaporated milk, oatmeal, onion and egg
together.
Mix in garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder.
Shape into walnut sized meatballs.
Place meatballs in bottom of slow cooker.
Mix together sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover
and cook on low for 8 hours
