Crockpot Hoisin Chicken 3 lbs. chicken
breasts, thighs and legs
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup plum chutney or plum sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 medium piece fresh ginger root, grated
Juice of 1 lime
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Remove the skin from chicken.
Mix all ingredients except chicken, in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well put all
in a crockpot and cook 5-6 hours on low. |
