Elephant Garlic
A type of garlic that is much larger than the common bulb. One clove is about
equal to 20 cloves of the regular garlic. The flavor and aroma is also more
mild. Look for bulbs that are firm and plump with dry skins. Avoid those with
soft or withered cloves. Store in an area that is cool, dry and dark.
