Polish Sausage and Cabbage Soup
cups cubed peeled potatoes
4 cups packaged coleslaw mix with
1 large onion, chopped
caraway seeds, crushed
1 pound cooked Polish sausage, halved
lengthwise and cut into
reduced-sodium chicken broth
In a 3 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker place potatoes, coleslaw mix, onion, caraway
seeds and sausage. Pour broth over all.
Cover and cook on
low-heat setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours.
