Quick Italian Soup
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Package Hamburger Helper Mix for Lasagna
5 Cups Water
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (8 1/4 oz.)
1 Can Whole Tomatoes (16 oz.)
2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Small Zucchini, sliced and slices cut Into Halves
Cook and stir ground beef and onion in Dutch oven until beef is
Stir in sauce mix, water, corn (with liquid), tomatoes (with
liquid), and cheese; break up tomatoes with fork.
Heat to boiling, stirrings constantly; reduce heat. Cover and
simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
