Herbed Chicken Bites
1/4 cup plain dried bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
2 tablespoons low fat 1% milk
1 1/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with
nonstick cooking spray.
In a quart sized zippered plastic bag, add the bread crumbs,
