Turkey Meatballs
1 pound raw ground turkey
1 small onion, minced
1/4 cup soft bread crumbs; for more fiber, use rolled oats
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 package brown gravy mix
Combine all ingredients except gravy mix. Shape into meatballs and brown in
nonstick skillet. Mix gravy mix according to package directions. Add meatballs
and simmer for 1 hour. 4 servings.
