1 cup semisweet
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 cup quartered maraschino cherries, drained
1 cup chopped pecans
Melt chips in heavy, small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly.
Stir in condensed milk and almond extract. Remove from heat.
Stir in cherries. Refrigerate until mixture can be shape into
logs, about 15 minutes.
Shape into 2 logs. Roll logs into pecans.
Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Store in refrigerator.
