Cranberry Bark
Melt two pounds of
white chocolate in double boiler, stir constantly
Remove from heat, add pecans, almonds, etc. & bag of Craisins
(sweetened dried cranberries) available in supermarket
Pour on to wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Put in freezer for ten minutes.
Break into pieces and put into boxes, tins or small jars.
