Marguerita Balls
1 box vanilla wafers
8 oz. almonds
4 oz. white chocolate
1/4 cup marmalade
1/4 cup tequila
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
Process wafers and almonds until crushed very fine. Melt chocolate.
Mix marmalade, tequila, lime juice, and corn syrup. Blend
until smooth. Add dry mixture and chocolate. Mix well, into stiff dough.
Roll into balls and roll balls in sugar. Store in
refrigerator.
