Mashed Potato Candy

1 medium potato

1 lb. powdered sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 lb. coconut

1 giant Hershey Bar

Cook potato and mash fine. Add sugar and vanilla. Stir in coconut. Spread in a flat pan.

Melt Hershey bar and spread on top.
