Who doesn't love Fudge? Mom has
made this recipe as long as I can remember. It's great for gift giving,
just use small aluminum pie pans and butter them. Add fudge and wrap in
saran wrap and tie on a pretty bow. It lasts several weeks, if
refrigerated so you can make it ahead of time.
Marion's Fudge
4 1/2 C. sugar
2 T. butter
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
Cook to boiling. Cook 6 more minutes over medium-low heat. Take off heat and
add:
1 12 oz. package chocolate chips
3 German chocolate bars
2 C. chopped pecans
1 pt. marshmallow cream
Mix well.
Have a buttered 9 x 12 inch pan ready and pour fudge into it. Chill.
