White Christmas Candy
2 lbs. white
chocolate
1/2 lb. red and green crushed candy canes
Melt chocolate over med/low heat, Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in
crunched candy.
Spread on parchment-paper-lined cookie sheets. Chill in
refrigerator 8-10 minutes.
Break into small pieces.
Store in airtight containers.
