Glazed Orange Cake

1 package yellow cake mix....18.5 ounce
1 package orange gelatin....... 3 ounce
1 teaspoon orange rind
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup salad oil
Vegetable spray
1/2 cup orange marmalade
3 tablespoons butter or margarine ...softened
1/4 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl of electric mixer, combine cake mix, gelatin, orange rind, orange extract, eggs, milk and oil. Beat at low speed for 10 seconds then at high speed for 2 minutes. Spray bundt pan with vegetable spray. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and then invert onto serving plate. Combine marmalade and butter and mix well (I put it in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds till butter was melted). Brush over warm cake; sprinkle with coconut and almonds. Makes 12 servings.
