There are a few in our family and friends that "can't stand Cheesecake" BUT will indulge in this "dessert" without a qualm.

Pina Colada Dessert

This filling recipe will fill a 9X13 pan or 2 - 9" pie pans

CRUST:

1 pkg graham crackers --- crushed

6 Tbsp marg. -- melt -- add to crackers

1/4 C sugar --- add to above

Mix all together and pat into greased 9x13 pan -- bake at 350° for 10 to 12 min. COOL OR buy two graham cracker crusts at your local grocer.

Filling: ADD as listed and Beat after each ingredient

2 8 oz pkg Cream cheese -- beat in large bowl

1 can Eagle Brand -- add and beat well

1 pkg Royal Instant Toasted Coconut pudding (Royal is the only one I can find that makes this pudding now!)

1/2 cup lemon juice

16 oz Cool Whip (add 8 0z to filling)

1 16 oz can Crushed pineapple

Fold all together put into COOLED crust. Top with rest of the cool whip.

Decorate with 1/4 cup of toasted coconut.

Refrigerate until ready to serve – best to refrigerate overnight or 4 hours minimum.
