Dulce de Leche Cream Mousse
1 cup Nestle's Dulce de Leche
3 to 4 tablespoons brandy
1 quart heavy cream
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
4 to 6 large bananas, sliced
1/4 cup grated milk chocolate, for garnish
Beat dulce de leche in the bowl of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add brandy and beat until completely incorporated.
Add cream and confectioners' sugar and beat until the consistency of whipped
cream. Remove bowl from mixer.
Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in sliced bananas.
Place in individual stemmed glasses or glass bowls, and refrigerate.
Garnish with grated chocolate and serve with Pirouline cookies.
Makes 6 servings.
