Honey Cake
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup soft margarine
1 cup honey
1 egg
1 cup applesauce
Combine flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Cut in
margarine. Add remaining ingredients; beat well. Stir in 3/4 cup raisins, if
desired. Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350 degrees F until
the cake tests done, about 40 minutes.
