Dress up this casserole with black
olives, fresh chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and sour cream. |

Taco Crunch Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
8 oz. frozen sweet corn
2 T. taco seasoning mix
2/3 C. water
8 oz. salsa (pick your heat level)
4 C. crushed corn chips
2 C. grated cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef and onion together. Add green pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
Add corn, taco mix, water and salsa. Spread half in a 11 x 7 pan. Top with half
the chips and half the cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. Serve immediately.
