Guacamole
3 large ripe avocados
1/2 C. diced onion
1 garlic clove minced
2 ripe plum tomatoes seeded and diced
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt
Mash the avocados with a fork into rough chunks. Add the rest of the ingredients
and blend well.
