Crockpot Italian Sausage And Peppers
2 lb. Italian link sausage, browned
1 can or jar prepared spaghetti sauce
1 large green bell pepper, sliced into thick strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
4 hard rolls
Combine ingredients in crockpot. Cook on LOW for 4 hours
Serve on hard rolls as sandwiches. Top with mozzarella cheese, if desired.
