Italian Style Chicken
4 - 6 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup Italian dressing
1 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 16 oz. package uncooked pasta - any style
2 Tablespoons butter - melted
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 Tablespoon garlic salt
1 Tablespoon parmesan cheese
Marinate chicken in italian dressing in refrigerator, at
least 2 hours.
Brown on both sides in iron skillet.
Place chicken in 3 quart baking dish and pour sauce over each
piece. Sprinkle cheese over top of sauce.
Bake at 350° F. for 20 - 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
Boil pasta and when done drain well. Mix butter and other
spices into pasta.
Serve pasta as side dish with chicken. Sprinkle with
parmesan.
