Baked Cork Screw Pasta 1 pk cork
screw pasta cooked al dente and drained
3 cups spaghetti sauce
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
2-3 Italian sausage links browned
1 onion chopped and browned
3 cloves minced garlic
pepper and basil to taste
Mix, meat, pasta, onion, mushrooms, spices, sauce and parmesan
Pour into a baking dish, cover with ricotta and mozzarella cheese
Bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly. |
