Baked Pasta With 3 Cheeses
4-5 cups
cooked pasta (not spaghetti)
1 pkg. Italian sausage browned, casings removed and crumbled
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 onion chopped and sautéed with a little wine
1 clove minced garlic sautéed with onion
1 brick shredded mozzarella cheese
ricotta cheese 1 cup
1- 1 1/2 jars spaghetti sauce
parmesan as desired
In a large casserole dish mix sauce and onion, garlic, pasta, mushrooms, and
sausage
Top with ricotta then top with desired mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle with parmesan, bake at 350º until cheese is bubbly.
