Spaghetti Sauce For a Crowd
10 lbs.
hamburger
10 cloves minced garlic
10-16 oz.
cans tomatoes, undrained & chopped
10 tbsp. dried parsley
flakes
10 bay leaves
5 tsp. salt
7 1/2 tsp. oregano
5 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2
tsp. thyme
5-6 oz. cans tomato paste
5 c.
minced onions
1 lg. green pepper
10 stalks
celery
5 c. water (optional)
Put all in large vessel and simmer uncovered for 3 hours, stirring occasionally
until sauce is thick.
Remove bay leaves before serving.
