Monterey Spaghetti
4 oz. spaghetti,
broken into 2" pieces
1 egg
1 C. sour cream
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg.(10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thaw and drain
1 can french fried onions, divided
Cook spaghetti as directed.
In medium bowl beat egg, add sour cream, Parmesan cheese and
garlic powder.
Drain spaghetti, add to egg mixture with Monterey Jack
cheese, spinach and 1/2 of the onions.
Pour in greased 2 qt. baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated
through.
Top with remaining onions, return to oven for 5 minutes or
until onions are golden brown.
Serves 6-8
