Basic Pasta With Fresh Tomatoes

6 Tbsp. olive oil

2 Tbsp. minced garlic

2 Tbsp. fresh basil, minced

1 cup diced fresh ripe tomatoes

salt and pepper

parmesan cheese

Sauté garlic. Add basil to hot skillet. Remove from heat and stir in fresh diced tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Pour lightly over pasta. Serve with parmesan cheese
