Tomato Angel Hair Pasta

1/2 lb Angel Hair Pasta, cooked & drained
3 T olive oil
1 tsp. butter

Heat and add:
1 large tomato, cut in chunks
1 fat clove garlic, minced
3 fresh basil leaves or 1 t dry basil

Sauté till heated through and tomatoes start to wilt. Add salt and pepper to taste Toss with pasta.

Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.

Serves 2
