Chicken Alfredo Pizza
1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
1 or 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
5 to 6 cloves of minced garlic
1 cup jarred Alfredo sauce
1 (8 oz.) bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Unroll pizza dough onto a pizza pan or pizza stone. Press out to cover the whole
pan. Bake at 425° F. for about 7 minutes, or until lightly browned. While the
dough is cooking, coat the chicken with flour.
Heat some olive oil up in a skillet and cook the chicken until done and browned
on both sides. About 2 minutes before the chicken is done, add half the garlic
to the pan and cook along side with the chicken. Remove and shred or cut into
