Creamy Garlic Chicken Pizza
1 pkg. refrigerated pizza crust
4 oz cream
cheese softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp.
minced garlic
2 cups cooked cubed chicken
chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1-2 cups pizza cheese
Roll out pizza crust and precook at 400° F. for 5-6 minutes
Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and garlic until smooth.
Spread onto pizza crust.
Top with the chicken, onion, tomato and mushrooms.
Sprinkle cheese on top
Bake at 400° F. for an additional 15 minutes.
