  6. Blend the dissolved gelatin with the remaining cream cheese until smooth and fully incorporated.
  7. Gently fold the gelatin-cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream, maintaining the light, airy texture by using a spatula with careful, circular motions.
  8. Pour the creamy filling evenly over the prepared nut crust, smoothing the top with a spatula to ensure an even surface.
  9. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 60 minutes or until the filling is completely set and firm to the touch.
