- 5 cups (454 grams) grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (100 grams) grated parmesan cheese

- 2.5 cups finely diced onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 56 ounces (1.6 kilograms) blended fire roasted tomatoes
- 2 eggs
