Lime Fruit Dip
2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese,
softened
1/2 C. sugar
2/3 C. frozen limeade, thawed
1 small lime (more or less to taste)
1 C. whipping cream
Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth, beat in limeade, grated lime
peel, and juice from half the lime (more may be added later to taste). Whip
cream and fold into cream cheese mix.
