Beefy Hash Brown Pizza
5 C. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 C. cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can pizza sauce
2 lbs ground beef
1 med onion chopped fine
4 C. shredded pizza cheese
In a bowl combine the potatoes, soup, egg, salt and pepper. Spread mixture into
a greased 15 x 10 baking pan.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 min until lightly browned.
Meanwhile in a large skillet over med heat cook the beef, onion and mushrooms
until meat is no longer pink, drain. Stir in pizza sauce. Keep warm.
Sprinkle 2 C. cheese over hot crust.
Spread meat mixture over top, sprinkle with remaining cheese
let melt. If needed place in oven till melted.
