Elephant Monkey Choco-Delight
1 cup milk
1 cup chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Peel banana and, with a table knife, cut into 1-inch pieces. Place pieces in a
plastic freezer bag or wrap in foil; freeze for at least 2 hours.
Unwrap banana pieces and place in blender container with milk, chocolate ice
cream, and peanut butter. Cover and blend till smooth, stopping blender and
scraping down sides, if needed.
Makes 3 servings.
