How to Prepare the Mold
Rinse the mold with cold water or better yet, spray a light coating of vegetable
spray.
Unmolding
Before unmolding, gelled salads should be firm and set up solidly, not tacky.
Dip a knife in hot water and run it around the edge of the mold.
Dip the mold into hot water for 10 seconds at a time. Place on top of a platter
to invert. |

Orange Delight
1 6 oz. box orange gelatin
2 C. hot water
2 C. orange sherbet softened
1/2 C. mandarin oranges drained
1/2 C. crushed pineapple drained
1/2 C. sliced bananas
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Chill
until set in a prepared mold.
Serves 6 - 8.
